This report will show you the number and proximity of our participating Health clinic locations relative to your company location.
In order to produce the report please enter your postcode within "Quick search".
If you have several locations you can also upload an excel document containing as many postcodes as you wish.
Please make sure your postcodes are in a single vertical column with no commas or full stops.
